Burnaby City Dentist

I was so glad Burnaby City Dental was accepting new patients! They gave me an anxiety free first visit, which included a full oral check up, cavity filling and a follow up cleaning. All the staff were extremely professional and knowledgeable, and I did not have to wait at all when I showed up at my scheduled appointment time.

Avoid this place like the plague. They are extremely unprofessional, charging more than actual work that they did. Good luck trying to get your money back. They will also try to sell you on Invisalign but their treatment is incredibly ineffective. Go to an actual orthodontist if you don’t want to waste your money. This place should be reported.

I visited two times, first time dental cleaning, there were hidden fees charged like vitamins etc without communication in advance(additional $100+); last week I did whitening, nothing changed! Then I emailed clinic after the treatment, no reply no call back! Will tell everyone friend of mine to block this clinic

About 10 years ago my dentist has a problem he could not deal with and told me I need to see a dentist surgeon. At the time I lived in Metrotown area. I looked for a dentist surgeon and found that Dr Daryoush Bakhshi was practicing in the area. I booked an appointment. I told Dr Daryoush Bakhshi what was the difficulty my dentist had. Dr Dayoush Bakhshi checked and proceeded to deal with the problem without delay. I was amazed, what my Dentist could not deal with, Dr Daryoush Bakhshi had no problem properly, taking care of, with confidence, skill and without hesitation. I was so impressed that I could not forget Dr Dryoush Bakhshi.Last week my dentist told me I need to see a dentist surgeon to deal with a problem I had. I did not need her to recommend a dentist surgeon for me, because I already knew Dr Daryoush Bakhshi, and needed no referral. I made an appointment with Dr Daryoush Bakhshi. Same as my past experience, Dr Daryoush Bakhshi did not disappoint my high esteem of him as a very skilled dentist surgeon, and as a wonderful human being. Dr Daryoush Bakhshi took care of the problem, and there is no problem any longer.I cannot imagine any dentist surgeon being better skilled or a better human being than Dr Daryoush Bakhshi. I have the highest regard for Dr Daryoush Bakhshi, both as a dentist surgeon and a wonderful human being.Thank you Dr Daryoush BakhshiItzhak Amir

I have a very pleasant time at Burnaby City Dentist, everyone are so nice, friendly and very kind to offer any kind of information or to explain my dental situation, I'm looking forward to continue my dental restorations with them.

It was good experience at Burnaby city dentist. The reception is super friendly and helpful and guided me clearly. I made the first call requesting for an emergency appointment with one phone call they got be in fantastic!! Making sure you are comfortable throughout the the entire process. They are very knowledgeable and answer all my questions. My only wish would be I had contacted a lot sooner. Thank you for ur excellent service. I would recommend all my family friends too come to Burnaby city dentist.

I found the place and people very welcoming and helpful. I have anxiety problem when it comes to dentist and they listened to me patiently and made sure I feel comfortable and relaxed. The dentist and his assistant looks so professional and they took their time to explain all the procedures step by step. I feel relieved and happy about my experience.

Had my teeth cleaning today - the first time ever! Am very fearful of having anything done to my teeth but Gary, the Dental Hygienist did a great job And painless! Guess I'll be back in 6 months! Previous review: I am 73, but a big baby when it comes to going to the dentist, so I had not been in 5 years! And previously I could only even have fillings under sedation. But today I walked in for an emergency exam and had to have a tooth worked on. Not only did I not feel any pinch, or any needle, the procedure was over in about 20 minutes! I didn't even know they'd finished all the work! Thanks to Dr. Erfan and his dental assistant . They were so gentle, helpful and very positive and now I'm going back for probably more work! Who knew!
