Woke up to sewage backed up in the house. Called Dumpco and they arrived within a hour. Quality work and fantastic customer service! Highly recommend this company and will definitely be using their services again.

We hired Dumpco for drainage of our septic tank due to their competitive pricing. Their techs arrived on time and we were very impressed with their professionalism and communication. When they removed our septic cover it was apparent that our pump was no longer functioning. They made us aware of the issue with our pump in a timely manner and recommended several repair conpanies. We are so thankful for their service as had our pump been left not functioning our entire septic field could have been compromised leading to a very costly repair. Dumpco went above and beyond offering to drain our tank again at no charge in order for repairs to take place the following week. I highly recommend Dumpco to anyone. We won't hesitate to use them again in the future. Thank you Dumpco!

We used the wash cart for an outdoor event for approximately 50 people - it was so clean and well stocked with everything one might need! Saved my septic system from extra flushes and no clean up on our part. Bryce was awesome to deal with - friendly, respectful, efficient. Would totally recommend!!

We rented the trailer porta-potty and a few regular porta-potties for our outdoor wedding. I couldn't be happier with the service. The trailer potties are basically a nice, real bathroom with running water and a big mirror. There are large handrails so that's it's easy to climb up. They even decorated them with fresh flowers and had them smelling great. The trailer washrooms actually stole some thunder from us during the event! Everyone loved them. The guys dropping them off were quick and efficient in their work. We couldn't be happier - thank you!

Well I bought an old motor home with a holding tank that was already holding... Lol. I didn't know what to do so I called Dumpco... From the time they answered the phone they were friendly and told me to bring it on down and they could take care of my problem... When I got there I had even more problems as apparently the previous owner didn't use the front gas tank and had a gas line off and because I filled then both yesterdayy the open line was pouring out gas..(I had toggled the selector switch just before I got there) Without an appointment or even knowing how big the problem was they said after the holding tank was empty to bring it into the shop and they'd fix that problem too... The guys fixed both my troubles and said if I had more in the future just to come back on back... A great big thank you to the people at Dumpco (formerly Dave's septic) for all their help and generosity and professionalism...

Cannot recommend this company and Bryce highly enough.Called Dumpco today as we had an emergency situation at our cabin on Sylvan Lake.We needed an immediate sucking of our septic tank as it was unexpectedly overflowing.Bryce was very kind and understanding of our situation and agreed to postpone plans with family to come out and complete this service for us.As my phone call to Bryce was at the end of the day, and they were closed this was really above and beyond.Thank you Bryce!! Booked 2 washcars for our wedding and 15 days before our even Bryce called to tell me 1 was damaged 2 months earlier and was waiting on parts that weren't here yet and likely not going to arrive in time and he had to cancel my booking. There was no communication stating this was the issue so I could take time to find a backup. When I called back to ask him about the 2nd washcar I had booked he never returned the call and didn't return the email. A little heads up goes a long way instead of leaving me scrambling to find a replacement option.
