Shop any where else and you will have less stress. They currently owe me $140. Worst customer service EVER, fairway location is much bigger the people are nicer and the manager doesn't kick you out of the store because they made a mistake. Read the reviews under 5 start you will know what's up. All the 5 star reviews are bought with discounts there is no way these people are actually happy with this location.

I’ve been coming here consistently twice a week for the last 8-10 months and the service along with the prices can’t be beat! All of the bud tenders at this location are knowledgeable and hilarious. Mitch gave me a hand today picking out some bud, and we settled on limelight from Edison. Much more terpy than the last time I smoked it, thanks for the help Mitch!

I went here and was not impressed with the staff. They were hovering right over my shoulder the whole time and not very friendly throughout the entire visit. The one guy had a “no care” attitude. We did however find the products we were looking for. However, Will that I spoke with over the phone was very nice and helpful, I wish he would have served us. I will be going back to shopping at the uptown Waterloo location.

I have had the most positive experiences here!! All staff are so helpful!! Ben and Emma have been especially helpful with my choices. Today, after explaining a few past experiences with different strains, Emma put me in the right direction. Her knowledge of terpenes is incredible. It worked out very nicely. Highly recommended location if you want great advice and personable service. Thanks again.!

Best dispensary in K-W! I drive here from downtown because the prices are amazing and the staff is even better- they learn your name, they know your tastes and are extremely knowledgeable overall. I cannot say enough good things about this place!!!

Not helpful at all. Asked for filters and was told they are not in stock. I looked at displays and saw filters myself, after which the employee made an annoyed face and took them. After I asked to show me edibles with the highest THC, the employee said they are all the same and left me alone without further explanation. I ended up not purchasing edibles and leaving the store.

If I could rate it lower i would, this afternoon I came in and was getting some assistance with a purchase when another customer came in. The clerk (scronny skinny guy with hoodie) went to let the other customer in without saying he will be back to help us and continued to let in and serve three other people while we waited patiently. He ended up talking to the last of the three people who came in after us for so long we gave up to go to another store. I always liked canna cabana for their service and deals but won't be coming back there ever again! The second last time I went in it was the same guy and he clearly rolled his eyes when I asked what's their best deal. My best advice is to not hire good for nothing rich kids that are handed everything cause they don't wanna lift a finger while they're working at your store.
