Complete Pool

Todd has been opening and closing my pool for well over 10 years. He is at the ready when I call at the last minute to come and open the pool. Todd installed a new liner for us two years ago and could not be happier. This year we needed a new pool cleaner and Todd was able to provide the model we wanted the following day and at a great price. Always happy to have Todd perform all our pool services.

Todd was quick to come and put in our liner when we were in the middle of a pool renovation. And we were very grateful. He even put in the wrong liner and I was just fine with that. Mistakes happen. However, the liner wasn't installed properly and water was getting underneath. The main drain was completely missing a seal. But when we asked him to come and look, he simply said it's an underground water issue and not my problem". It was clearly not as we would literally take the water from under the liner and put it back into the pool. We got someone else to come and fix and it was definitely a liner issue.I would never recommend him or his company to anyone. Stay clear."

Todd is extremely rude and very aggressive. He installed our pool liner last year and when we opened the pool this year the liner has popped out of place in multiple areas. Todd refused to come put it back in and just flat out stopped responding. He doesn’t care about his customers and has no issue yelling at them either. We had to hire another company to come fix his poor installation and lack of skill set. These guys haven’t got a clue what they’re doing and I would advise everyone to stay far, far away from “incomplete pools”

We recently purchased our first house with a pool and are complete aqua rookies. Todd has been very generous with his time in bringing us up to speed on the ins and outs of owning a pool. The pool was not left in the greatest condition when we took ownership of the home which required a lot more of Todd's time to open it this year. Working with him has been amazing, and we have already had him back to convert to salt water and fix the intake I managed to clog.I highly recommend Complete Pool and Spa, thank you for everything Todd!

I have been searching for a new salt cell for my pool with suppliers giving me a wide range of opinions and pricing. I called Todd from Complete Pool as I was going down the list of Pool companies in London. Todd gave me the most clear and concise answers to my questions and a great price on the part I was looking for. It was apparent as we spoke he had an incredible amount of knowledge on all things pool related backed up by many years in the business. I would highly recommend Todd and Complete Pool!

Todd Edmunds is rude, unreliable and unprofessional. He was to open our pool some day this week. When he didn’t show half way through the week I emailed him. He replied that he’d open my pool Thursday or Friday. Mid afternoon Friday I called and he said that he would not be able to come until next week. I questioned why he could not make it some time in the window I was given, and he said that he is too busy, crew is off sick, and he is working 15hr days. He said that others booked before me, and the excuses kept coming. His voice was raised at me and he was really disrespectful. He went on like I’d just have to wait for him to find the time to open the pool and he said if I don’t like it then I can try to find someone else and “good luck” to me. He progressed to shouting and yelling over me, and I had enough of this guy. I advise no one to use this unprofessional guy that calls Complete Pools and actual business. Beware. Check his other reviews and BBB rating!

Terrible Experience- I would rank him ZERO STARS if I could. I was accommodating as possible and he did almost nothing but collect the money. I had to transport both the Pool Heater and the entire pool on my own and store them for weeks. When he asked me to pick-up the pool I came right away and ended up sitting for over an hour in the parking lot until his crew, not him, finally showed up. I had to load everything into my truck and drive back to St. Thomas. Before they would allow me to load, he demanded the rest of the pool be paid for despite having made a large deposit months earlier and never mentioning he needed full payment- despite doing him a favour". Todd did and excellent job installing our pool liner . Answered all my questions and was very polite and great to deal with. Would recommend him very professional.
