I use James at my workplace. We got a nasty ice/snow storm April 14-16 this year. Unfortunately, plowing contracts end on April 15, so many lots were not plowed or salted. Not only did James take care of our lot, he emailed me on the weekend to tell me to stay off the roads. I highly recommend him!

Wow! What a transformation to my front yard. I went from having a desert of dead lawn to a beautiful oasis where I am proud to sit and show off. James and his team from Total Gardening were very professional, always on time and the communication with James to myself was outstanding. James easily addressed any of my concerns and wasn't afraid to tell me his opinion when I had an idea. Having James Walke take care of our lawns has been a revelation! We have gone from hard, weedy, turf to lush, weed free grass and clover underfoot even now in only our second year with him. He really knows everything about beautiful lawns, from the ground up. Highly recommended.

I had seen James’s truck at a neighbours house, whose yard looks great. I sent him an email, he got back to me the same day and boom! He was there in just a matter of days to roll my front and back yards and the next day, one of his team was there for the aerating. Such a pleasant man to deal with. True salt of the earth. I would highly recommend him and his crew, and I will continue to use his services.

James and his crew removed some overgrown shrubs and a large (30ft) cedar tree from our yard professionally and efficiently. I was provided a detailed contract with his bid and, his team arrived as scheduled, did a thorough job and left the yard looking tidier than upon their arrival.

Contacted James to rehab a dying front lawn. James was easy to reach, stayed in touch, and brought my lawn back to life at a very reasonable price. We couldn't be happier with the results. I would highly recommend.

TGS fails to show up weekly to maintain our property. They are paid for weekly services, which they have a very hard time completing. That’s if they even show up to check out the property… incredibly unsatisfied with their services. Do not recommend.

Very positive from day one, James is one of the hardest working and honest people you will meet. James has been doing subcontract snow plowing for me for over 5 years now and without any negative complaints. If you want the job done right, the first time give him a call!
