I have been ordering from pizza pizza for years, I stopped ordering from pizza pizza for many many years and ordered from this Tottenham location last week. This pizza I had delivered was hands down the best tasting pizza I have ever ordered from pizza pizza in my entire lifetime. I didn’t like pizza pizza until now thanks to this location who did it right.

This place is garbage. I’m also disappointed that I can’t leave less then one star. The DIDNT even knock at out door to deliver my food. And called me at 59min to say they were here, And drove back to store. I phone and would have to wait again for my order and pay. Complete bull$h!t. This isn’t the first time we had issue with customer service

Absolutely disgusted with the service and my undercooked pizza. Took 2 hours to get corrected. Wanted a refund. Store employee told me to call customer service and receive it from them. Was told by customer service that I would only get a refund but from the store only. Refused to give me a refund. Customer service told the store employee to call him. Then proceeded to speak in their language which was not English. Then told me I was not getting a refund. So thank you for looking out for your customers the ones who keep you in business. The ones who put food on those ungrateful employees tables. Also left my pizza on the ground on the porch. Thank you for such an amazing experience! Oh oh best part! He threw out a complete XL pizza where there were a bunch of kids out front scrounging for coins to buy a slice to share. I’m disgusted and disappointed and offended by my experience at this specific pizza pizza. I will never be ordering from any pizza pizza every again!!

So I ordered an XL (12 slice pizza) they cut it into 9 small slices and leave one massive slice.. I ordered cauliflower bites with Buffalo sauce, and popcorn chicken.. but they sauce the chicken bites instead. How hard was it to notice the difference? Seriously not pleased with this place and will never order again. How incompetent. I'll cut my own slices now, and sauce my own cauliflower bites..

Always delicious, always consistent. I have yet to have a bad experience at this location and the staff are very sweet and kind. I’ve been a customer of PizzaPizza for over 40 years and am happy to see that the Tottenham location lives up to the standard they’ve always upheld. Thank you for making delicious food every time.

We had a bad experience about 6 months ago with wrong orders and poor quality, but heard there is now new management so we gave them a go. I was pleasantly surprised that the pizzas were on time and absolutely delicious this time around.Only problem is they don't deliver to us as we are out of delivery radius, but as the quality was great we didn't mind.Manager said once they are up and running properly they will be doing a wider delivery range. Keep up the good work pizza pizza.

Foods took double the time they said it would take to prepare.Used bare hands when preparing my food and my food was cold when i got itMost employees working were just standing around especially the one who was preparing my food.Very disappointed with the service and quality they provided.

I placed an order at 5:21 and expected to arrive at 6:21 or it’s 60 minutes and it’s free. 6:20pm- 1 minute shy of a free order they arrive .After paying, and still leaving a tip, I was then informed that half my order was not ready and only my pizza and drinks were being delivered and I had to wait another 5 minutes for another delivery for the rest of my food. I never received my wings. Contacted customer service, and was only able to receive a $13 CREDIT not refund on a $74 order. This doesn’t even cover the cost of both sets of my wings that didn’t show. Then they stop responding to my emails completely and to contact them when I want my $13 credit.What a joke this place is along with there customer service. Will never order here again.

Terrible customer service. Over baked pizza - not sanitary - making pizza & talking & touching the phone. Staff very ignorant to customers- I returned my 2 Large full pizzas & they refused to refund my order. Awful. The previous owners were more friendly & respectful & put care into their product. Terrible- NEVER ORDERING from the Tottenham location ever again- ***DO NOT RECOMMEND.
