Q Flooring

QFlooring did our stairs and railing. We also bought our hardwood flooring from them.They did an AMAZING job on our stairs. They are perfectionists when it comes to flooring and stairs. I will go directly to them for any future work.

My wife and I hired them to put in new railings and pickets at our place. They also did trim work and other finishing touches on our stairs. They were very responsive and and friendly, never pressured us, gave us different price options, and completed the work on time. Would recommend them for sure!

We really enjoyed working with these guys and would highly recommend Q Flooring. Stan and Jack were very helpful in selecting our flooring and offered tons of product knowledge, and kept us on trend. The flooring and stair installers are true professionals and did an impeccable job. I can't believe how clean everything was when they were finished. Above and beyond expectations for sure!

I found Q Flooring as they had worked on a neighbors house in Oakville. I could not be happier with the process and the end product. I had them replace my stairs with hardwood , rip out 500 feet of old hardwood and install 1500 ft of maple hardwood over 2 floors. They had a large variety of solid hardwood and engineered flooring from Canada and imported with several price points. I choose to pay the extra and get Maple hardwood from Quebec .The workers were very friendly and kept my home clean. The work was performed exactly to schedule and at a price substantially better than any quotes I received. I cannot recommend Q Flooring enough. The photo is prior to painting, will update when done.NOTE I could not believe the 2 bad reviews could be for the same company , If you look at the other reviews the reviewers have done it is the same person in both and he gives bad reviews to everyone. I would bet he wasn't even a customer, just a keyboard warrior who didn't like a quote or similar

Went in just to get ideas and the lady was beyond helpful and extremely patient with my wife and I discussing" what we wanted to do. Their selection and options were excellent. Took some very good new ideas away and will update once we have purchased.Update: staff were always helpful each visit. Project turned out extremely well and wife is thrilled. Just had to watch their stock rails and had to sort through them myself as many had bows or were splintering. Found what I needed though. Highly recommend!"

I took 3 quotes from various companies to complete the refurbishment of my stairs, among which Q Flooring was approximately 10% higher than the competitors. That said, the product they were offering at the higher price was full replacement of stair treads and risers, where competitors were all looking to cut corners to reduce costs (sand and stain trades, paint risers, etc.) so I decided to go with Q Flooring for the better product.My wife and I were both very pleased with the final result. The installer was pleasant and made sure that all options and details were approved by us along the way. They went the extra mile to ensure everything was completed to our liking and maintained the budget within the original quote.Very professional service. I recommend these guys highly.
