Recently (February 2023), I had visited the Domon Chateauguay location in search of a dining set and living room sofa.I was met on two separate visits by Pierre-Jean and Kevin who assisted in my search for the perfect furniture choices.Pierre-Jean went above and beyond as a Sales Representative and I am very grateful for his help in finding the most beautiful dining table and chairs. At first, the set was identified as discontinued, however he was able to track down the last table! He had it delivered to Domon Chateauguay, it was assembled and he called me to go and see it in person before deciding to purchase or not. No hesitation, the table was purchased and I am so very grateful that Pierre-Jean took the extra time and effort to secure my dream table! A great big thank you, Pierre-Jean! Exceptional service and Domon is fortunate to have you on their sales team!On the second visit just days later, Kevin assisted in the search for the perfect El Ran sofa. He was able to secure a brand new sofa and offered a great deal on the purchase too! Absolutely terrible.I purchased a brand new sofa for almost $3,000.It arrived at my house broken.I called the company the very next day to report the breakage. They took close to a year to get a service person out to repair" the breakage which was not repairable on site so they took the couch with them. A few weeks later I received an email stating that they sent to the couch back to the manufacturer and it was "repaired" the best they could. So basically they expect me to pay $3
