Absolutely ridiculous. Was referred over 2 weeks ago and not a single person has gotten in touch with me. I've called a dozen times and left voicemails asking for someone to reach out, but nothing but silence. I called competitors and am able to speak to a person within minutes who assured me if I can get my referral changed, they could see me within a few days. Terrible service.Update: As per the phone logs on my phone, no one called from your clinic or left a voicemail until today, 2 full weeks after you received the referral. I asked my physician to refer me to somewhere else, which they did yesterday, and I received a call today. This had nothing to do with weekends or storms, it's simply poor service.

I have been using a CPAC machine for 4 years. Thanks to Chantal for her recommendation to try a different headgear, I've finally had a full night's sleep. Up until now I've constantly been woken up because my headgear wasn't fitting properly. I cannot praise the staff highly enough. They are always friendly, knowledgeable and extremely helpful.

Not too happy at the moment.. usually have great service from them but recall on the machines ... Yeah not their fault but after waiting a year to hear anything they call and give me one week to bring it in to exchange .. I work everyday and it is hard to get there before 430Blame Phillips all you want still very poor customer care :)
