I cannot believe how disrespectful and rude the staff at this location are. I asked for my sub toasted, which it was not. I did not realize that they toast the sub prior to putting on some of the toppings, as I usually go to Mr Sub (which is where I will continue to go now). When I said afterwards that I had asked for my sub toasted, the staff were incredibly rude saying “maybe you should be paying attention”. MAYBE YOUR STAFF SHOULD BE PAYING ATTENTION WHEN I ASK FOR THE SANDWICH TOASTED. Absolutely disgusting service, we were the only customers in there. I wonder why. We left and went to Mr. Sub. and will never return.

Brutal. Just went in with my child and ordered a kids sub. The bun was rock hard. I called the store and the manager did offer to make us a new sub. Unfortunately that will not work this time. The employee picks up the bun, cuts it and and dresses it. How do they not know it's rock hard? Pure idiocy.

Great place to eat in a convenient location. Staff are friendly and the food is good. Haven't let me down in the years I've been coming here.

I am only rating this Subway. Great subs and the girls there always take pride in making them properly. Have not had a bad order yet. I do want to mention the subway at New and Guelph Line....avoid them!!!!! They are ignorant people. Owner does not care about customers and they mess up orders and do nothing to rectify it.

Owner refuses to tip employees, is blatantly rude to customers, and does not care for anything other than your money. She needs to leave and go back to the country she came from. She does not represent what it means to be Canadian.

Bare minimum toppings to call it a sub. For the price we pay I expected more meat than one scoo for a 12 inch. Other subways do 2 scoops. And not the first time.

Would give this a 0 if I could. We ordered for delivery from this store via the Subway app. Got notification from Door Dash that they cancelled the order BUT they took the money. I called the location only to have the woman be rude and tell me she didn't get my order. Door Dash tried to call them about my refund and got no response. Horrible service and customer service.

Wow, just had a horrible experience with the employees at this location. Ordered 3 footlong subs and simply asked if they could mark them and put them in separate bags because they were for three different kids. They were very careless with making them and when they put them all in the same bag without even marking them. When I asked them to mark them, they were rude and destroyed the sandwich opening it and spinning their fingers through the toppings to see which one they were. When I asked he to be more careful, she told me it doesn't matter
