So upset with this unit - it's hard enough remembering anything with a newborn let alone appointment dates early in the morning while you've been up all night -- they send you a text message reminder AFTER your appointment time once you've already missed it!

Everytime I hold for receptionist the call is dropped

This is the worst call center service i have never had before.That lady work there so rude ,she even didnt listen then hang up the phone.I called them around 340pm on July,30.

The receptionist and a lady at front desk is so rude. Finally, the nurse with whom i have appointment, she didn't try to make paitent confortable. very rude!!!! worst service ever.

Despite all the bad reviews, I had the best experience during my kids immunizations. The receptionist who answered the call was kind enough to ask the nurse if my kids can be accommodated at the same time as they were initially booked into 2 separate appointments. Our nurse, My, generously gave up her coffee break to accommodate my kids. She was so good with my babies. I really appreciate the teachings and just your kindness in general as vaccination days can be very daunting for parents. I’m so thankful for the staff that made the process a lot smoother for a busy mama like me. Kudos to the staffs involved!

Western medicine ruined things for me like many others with their bs. I came here as a child for allergy testing hoping to hear what my own common sense said; avoid sugar and syrups but I was told I'm allergic to tomatoes which I've never actually had any problems with. No good diet information to this day. Thank God people are finally waking up. thank you Aquarius age.

Terrible customer service. I called in to see if they accept walk ins, and the receptionist who answered was extremely rude in saying they do not have doctors and hung up without saying bye.

Very worst customer service. Booked an appointment for kids @3:50 pm but went 5 minutes late. They were so rude and told they were done for the day. Actually they are closing by 4:30pm and nobody was waiting except us.
