Tyler and his crew did a great job pruning our 2 large Silver Maples. His quote was fair, and it was exactly as quoted when it was all done. We love our trees, and want to keep them around as long as possible. He did exactly what I was hoping he would, and mitigated the risk over our house and living area. The trees are a work in progress but this is a great start and we will definitely be using them again in the future. His pruning cuts look great, and you can tell he is a professional. I would know, I'm also an Arborist (although non-climbing). I would definitely recommend Black Creek Tree Service. In my professional opinion, they are solid local company that you can tell takes pride in their work.

What a great team.Tyler's quote was very reasonable and he was able to complete the work within just a few days. Good business management in answering all calls personally. He outlined the job to be done and reassured me he could fulfill my requests. By tying off many large branches they maneuvered between a fence , pool and many wires. Clean up was excellent. I hired Black Creek Tree service to come and cut sown 2 pine trees out of my back yard. Tyler was very professional and very polite . He was very quick to come give me a quote and had me scheduled with in days to get it down. Tyler and his crew did a great job cutting down the trees and the clean up. Very friendly and took care in making sure nothing was damaged during the removal of the trees. No mess left other than the pieces we requested they leave. Will be utilizing their service again for a stump removal

We have two mature maple trees on our property that were overdue for pruning and trimming.We reached out and Tyler responded very quickly, even showing up the very next day and providing us with a quote detailing what would be done. They did exactly what they said they would do and even went above and beyond. The trees look great, the cuts were all very clean. Their clean up was top notch too. This is the second time we have used Black Creek Tree Service...they cut down and removed the stump of a very big old Willow tree in a precarious location. The team was extremely careful and strategic on the downing and removal of that Willow - this year we had to have a Bass Wood tree cut down due to rot. Their work is efficient and they clean up even rake up the smaller pieces. We highly recommend them.
