This tim Hortons is absolutely horrible. I can't count on my hands how many times I've ordered a steep tea, gotten it home and it's already half empty. This morning I had to ask the employee to fill it up and i watched him fill it with water and it still wasn't full! I keep giving them the benefit of the doubt but I think I need to stop supporting this location. Terrible service. If I could give it zero stars I would.

Every time I go to this drive thru they take more then a minute to arrive at the speaker to take my order. in the past two months not one time I went to this Tim hortons I have been in the drive thru for 5-10 minutes, upon arriving at the window I see at least two workers on their phones and they have made me late for work in multiple occasions highly don’t recommend

Used to be my favorite Timmies... But for the last 3 weeks every bagel I get with cream cheese isn't cut in half. I have asked EVERYTIME and she acknowledges me. However, when I get to work its uncut and a pain to eat. Why did this change?

Honestly, who does this?? Adding advertisements to a donut bag? Doesn't give me the warm and fuzzies on hygiene either...chocolate dip from donut was stuck to paper ad...

This experience is an annoying one. The baker here must be wearing a fragrance or some sort of perfume or essential oil because the donuts and the baked goods taste like a flowery fragrance taste I’m a palled and I expected better from this branch. This is twice now once in the morning and once in the afternoon! I’m so displeased like eww!! Not to mention the treated to US fully vaccinated loyal customers manager greeting us with you have to be outside and find your QR code I am not impressed!

Normally, fast friendly service. Today however, defective cup....burnt hand, coffee spilt in car cupholder. Thank goodness I didn't have some while stopped at a light...I would have worn it and been burnt!! Could staff not see the lid wasn't on? (Because the cup was defective.)

9 times out of ten, the coffee is garbage. Last three times I've gotten burnt coffee. Today I got burnt coffee with weird floating things in it - for context they just announced the province to be closed down due to covid-19.Update, I love recycling. Especially used bagel wrappers for my not bagel food!!!

I visited this Tim’s for the first time and there was a guy who took my order and also prepared my small coffee 2C 1.5 Sweetner with chocolate syrup in it.This is the best proportion of mix I’ve ever had in any Tim’s. My order is peculiar since it’s with sweeteners, the taste will be really hard to bring it up.This guy, served the best coffee in the Entire Tim hortons franchises over Ontario. I wish I had his name! Good job
