I had my eyes done. I am so happy with the outcome the dr and staff are so fabulous I can’t say enough about how wonderful my experience was. Very kind and caring dr and wonderful staff.

Terrible customer service. It’s so disappointing when clinics hire staff that are passive aggressive or rude over the phone or in person to represent their business. Receptionist need to have politeness at the end of the day how they treat your customers is a reflection of your office.

uunderstanding

it has been several years since dr wells did an arm tendon transfer to my thumb, and, it is still on my mind, every day :( unfortunately, not with a good feeling. as every day, i now must deal, with my dominant hand being basically useless… healing was going super well the first few months, then, scar tissue stopped it, a year to convince him that the scar tissue was hampering the healing :( after scar tissue removal a small one inch hole was left in the tendon covering … hmm, doesn’t sound like a problem, unless you want to turn your hand towards you, or use it for anything significant (like, eating, brushing teeth, slicing bread, spreading butter, Painting :( two years of trying every type of physical therapy, it does not matter, the hole is just big enough for the tendon to squeeze through causing significant pain, and a muscle cramping contortion of my hand. three years from surgery, i wait another year to get into a different specialist, who, after conversing with dr wells, announces, he has not heard of this being an issue before, and he knows of no corrective surgery to fix it! What! … :( … so, i am no longer an artist, nor a gardener, nor a seamstress, nor even a safe driver, as dominant hand will not grip the steering wheel confidently. i am not somebody new to surgeries or healing, as Lupus, has put me through the wringer over my lifetime, but, i never expected a pretty simple thumb surgery, to end the enjoyment of my later years :(so, be careful, do not have any surgery, that you could have lived without. be weary of fast talking surgeons, and their carefree explanations. Ask more questions, and remember, after your surgery is done, believe me, they do not give a hoot about you, or the quality of your life.

I never write reviews but I just had to this time! It was my first surgery and I had the most amazing experience with Dr Wells and his assistant Kelly. I had mad anxiety about my surgery and Kelly was so patient and kind. She let me come in multiple times and talked me through my fears and helped me pick out the perfect size of implants. Dr Wells did a beautiful job. I had very minimal bruising and I bruise like a peach normally ! My after care was great and even the anaesthesiologist told me after my surgery that he was an excellent surgeon and did a really great job. Not to mention, the price was better than any other clinic. I highly recommend Dr Wells! Im so glad I went with my gut and chose him. Thank you Kelly and Dr Wells for a wonderful experience.

I love Dr. Wells, my last doctor, Dr Son Hing, was incredible but unfortunately for me retired and he referred me to Dr. Wells...he has been nothing but amazing. To date years ago now, I had a tummy tuck scar fixes, some lipo suction and my breast scar tissue removed. Honestly I absolutely love his admin assistant Kellie, she is phenomenal and always makes me feel like I am an old friend!!Doing some research now about getting a facelift and some extra lipo and this is definitely my first choice!!!

Had an amazing experience with Dr. Wells. After having wrist issues that were progressively getting worse for over a year and seeing many hand specialists/surgeons who were not able to diagnose my issue, Dr. Wells was able to figure out my problem right away. I had surgery a few months later. Everything went extremely fast and smooth and I was extremely well taken care of. Such incredible expertise. All the staff there is extremely kind and efficient. 11/10!

Honestly never even met the doctor but the customer service is the worst I have received anywhere, honestly I think any McDonalds employee has better manners than the receptionist at this clinic. Very rude. I was told they are not doing anything until I get a referral, so I got 2, one from my family doctor and one from a surgeon who has done procedures with me before in hope to get another opinion from Dr. Wells since my condition is very special. I was told the doctor was away from the office and will be back in a week, after not hearing anything back I called again after 2 weeks only to find out in a very rude manner that they have cancelled the referrals and will not be doing anything. I am used to doctors not knowing what to do with me, but I expected at least for them to let me know there is nothing they can do, I was told they just returned the referrals and that's all they will be doing, then I got hang up on. I would honestly not even get my eyebrows done by Dr Wells, no matter how good of a doctor he might be, if he is tolerating incapable staff like that. Very disappointing
