I acutally worked for orignal owner Ramon Walmsley in Belleville, Ontario and was a cook for a while as a teenager. I always stop in at the Dixie Lee in Woodstock. Their customer service is always GREAT. This time I'm not sure of the person's name but receipt said Michelle was beyond good. I watched her with other customers as well and she treated them beyond what I would call just regular customer service. Hats off to her she is to say the least amazing and rest of the staff.

Always have to stop in when in town... I live out of province but grew up here... Flavours are always there, fries are just fries, price is over priced but worth it to get my fix once or twice a year....

Very old school. Very mom and pop for a place I believe is a chain. The chicken was good but the fries were nothing to write home about. We were expecting an eastern Canada equivalent to KFC but it didn't quite make the mark. The staff were friendly. The ketchup packets were much bigger then in Ontario (which I thought was neat). The washroom at the back wasn't labeled. I didn't know it was one until a regular" went and used it. It was an okay place to eat but not one of the highlights of our trip unfortunately."

The chicken was really good -- lots of white meat, well seasoned, and not greasy. Service was fast and the staffer was friendly.The place needs better signage; I drove past it once and completely missed it.

It's like stepping back to a better time. Life has changed... prices are higher... but it's the same chicken you remember. And it'll take more than a tank of gas for you to drive to equal or better coleslaw :)

Ordered two, two piece dinners while passing through town. The food was good and made quickly, but was nothing special when it comes to taste. A little on the pricey side, but that's fried chicken for you.Someone should really label the bathrooms, otherwise it looks like a store room or an employees only area.Staff were friendly, but the ambiance if you're eating in is a little weird. Some music would help a lot.

First time we have visited. Fish and Chip dinner was delicious. Portions were large. Coleslaw and tartar sauce made it perfect for us. We thank you for the extra piece of fish. Was a nice surprise.
