Purolator

Delivery guys never call me at the given number if they have an issue with the door buzzer. And after they just drive away I have an email The main reason is due to insufficient address/phone number/no one at home when delivery etc."

Apparently if they can't enter the apartment building they just give up without calling, and no reattempt in delivery until 2 business days or we have to pick up. What's the point? I've had intelcom and canada post call me twice before leaving. Please Amazon give me a choice for carriers because I will NOT be choosing purolator.

I requested Amazon years ago to stop shipping to my address with purolator as they would never deliver on time, lose my packages, ding dong ditch on anything needing signatures, leave my parcel at the facility and never actually put it on the delivery truck when I’d have someone at home all day waiting for the parcel.Anytime I order online and get the tracking number from purolator I wince about the headache future me will have to deal with.This time I had my package delivered to the completely wrong house on the wrong street. Even if you misread my address there is no logical reason my parcel was delivered to that address.

I wouldn't even give them a rating. They refused to deliver to my building, then gave me a hard time about my apartment complex, then the lady at the store said I was threatening her and refused to give my husband a package because I expressed I was upset with the service. No I didn't yell, I was calm and polite. She started screaming she felt threatened then refused service. Like do your job! Wouldn't be so bad if this was one time. It's happened several times. I'll never ship with this company.

The employee with all of the piercings and tattoos is the most unpleasant person to deal with. Very rude, very unprofessional. This person should not be working in customer service. Passive aggressive behaviour. Needs to develop people skills.

I do not know a delivery service worse than this! They will never be delivered to the address! They'll never call!! You can spend the whole day and waiting for the promised parcel, but they won't even call you that they've arrived, they'll just say that they couldn't get access or the door code! Why do you exist at all? Hate you
