We recently had our kitchen completely renovated by Handyman Connection.A step by step detailed quote was provided listing such items as Demolition and disposal, Framing and structural work, Electrical, Drywall and plaster, Painting, Tile work and Miscellaneous work so there was no surprises along the way.The Handyman Connection consists of a team of very courteous and professional trades. Great follow-up, renovation suggestions and they even cleaned up the job site daily prior to leaving.We would highly recommend Handyman Connection, we love our new kitchen! I had requested a small project for the bathroom; painting the ceiling and removing the shower door and installing a shower rod.On the day of the appointment, the contractor arrived three hours late. He put one coat on the ceiling and left, saying he'd return in two days to put another coat of paint. Once he left, I closely inspected his work and realized that he had not removed the glue that had held the shower door to the wall.The contractor did not return in two days. I contacted him twice and he said he would try and find the time to come by and finish the project. It's been two weeks now and the work is still not complete. I have also contacted the office, Fadi Alwazani and Natalie Ricci, neither of whom has bothered to return my emails or my phone calls.They were so responsive when it was being set up, returning calls and emails within two hours and sending me the project details and invoices.I was also naive enough to trust them and pay them the entire sum of money. And I have been cheated by them.This is thoroughly unprofessional behaviour on their part.
