Had a terrible encounter with one of the gentlemen at the store who was an older man on the hefty side. Customers in front of me also noticed his attitude was inappropriate and unprofessional. Doing the littleThings like greeting costumers, talking to them in a polite and helpful manner. I will not be shopping at that location every again.

Centennial Plumbing Supply
Sent my apprentice to pick up the parts I ordered. They gave him the most expensive of everything as well over charged. Bill was over $50 for 3 plumbing parts that should be around the $25 mark. Also they were very rude to my employee and treated him poorly.

We went to Centennial Plumbing Supply showroom to get a quote on the two bathrooms we were renovating. We looked around the great showroom and already had some idea of what we wanted. Our rep Abel was very helpful and quoted us very competitive prices with free delivery. It took less than a week to get everything delivered. Highly recommend Taps

Centennial Plumbing Supply
I had to replace some shower parts that were discontinued and find other parts that could fit. I called and Mike was so helpful! Shopping during the pandemic is so difficult because you can't bring in old parts to try to find others to fit. I emailed him photos and he was able to find me what I needed. Super helpful!

Centennial Plumbing Supply
After contacting several other plumbing supply stores and not getting the assistance I need, I contacted Centennial. The gentleman that answered the phone knew exactly the part I was looking for. I went in the next day to purchase the part and even though it was busy, he was so kind to give me clear instructions on how to replace my Universal Diverter Tub Spout all by myself.His being knowledgeable, willing to explain and prepping the spout for replacement was a 5 star customer service experience.

Centennial Plumbing Supply
Centennial Plumbing service is the best! I know nothing about plumbing however, with the help & knowledge of Vinnie, I was able to replace the inside of two toilets, fix a tub spout & change my shower diverter. It saved me the headache of not having to replace my shower, as a couple of other plumbers were ready to bust holes & tear away to replace the fixtures. Thanks again Vinnie, for your patience & expertise!

In a time where customer service and product knowledge seem like things of the past, Centennial Plumbing Supply is truly a breath of fresh air.
