Superlodge Lethbridge

Our room was supposed to be a non smoking room but stunk like smoke. The a/c didn’t work so we couldn’t sleep. It was 34 degrees outside and about 30 degrees in the room. Can’t even open a window to let some fresh air in. The bed was comfy and the girl at the front desk was friendly but that’s about the only good thing about the place.

Apparently some people find this place nice, I was in a room with two beds and four people and all that there was a tv, microwave, fridge that looked dirty inside, and a bathroom that looked kinda old and sketchy. The carpet was really dirty and the walls looked old. The lighting was okay but the curtains wouldn't close very well. The room was also cold as it was winter but the temperature changing didn't even work as it cane off the wall lol. Also when checking in there was no one for about 10 minutes due to a situation near the area of our room. The people were smoking and the police were standing there trying to resolve the situation which was a little bit nerve racking.

Very friendly service on check in. Good location. Easy in and out. Rooms were clean and comfortable. Full size fridge!!! Couldn't get shower to work - it was late so I didn't bother to call the front desk. Only complaint.

My room was clean but it was so hot in the room that you couldn't sleep and thermals wouldn't work to turn down the heat but the staff are friendly.

This place looked nothing as the pictures. Called in that i will be checking in around 12:30 or 1 am. Got there before 12:20 and had to stay outside in the cold to call someone to get me checked in. The bed was comfy but the fitting was not set right. The floor cracked, The shower curtain was so short it made no sense being there. The a/c was noisy. The furniture had alot of stain. The room also smelt funky. I guess you get what you pay for. I would not recommend staying here.

This place seems to be a long-term residence that also rents out available rooms. The rooms are old and very worn out and they use a ton of cleaners to try to cover up the smells of smoke. There are tons of people hanging out smoking and drinking outside their rooms and people coming and going all hours of the night. This is not a place to stay, especially if you have kids.

Our room was falling apart. The air conditioner quit working, the curtain rod was broke, you had to jiggle the handle to flush the toilet. We paid $79 for a kind bed so that part was good. No continental breakfast. Alright if you just need a quick place to sleep

Man helped me with luggage to second floor., usedcoin laundry, restaurant and breakfast within walking distance too. Nice and quiet for a Saturday night.

Ok the room is very dated . The floor was cracked . And the smell of smoke was very strong ..Inquired about the pool. Was told it is to expensive to run.This would be an amazing addition to the hotel .this would be the only hotel in Lethbridge with a functional functioning outdoor pool.Adding 10 dollars to every person's stay would be worth it to be able to use it .

I was working out of town for a night, this place was great. Room was clean, the shower was hot. They also have a pizza place that is attached to the hotel in the front, it was good too!
