The store is big and bright with a massive selection, generally good prices with some excellent deals to be had on sale items. It can be difficult to find a specific item at times due to the amount of different products in stock, but the store is laid out fairly logically and makes for a great browsing adventure.

I have been avid princess auto customer with a usually good experience. I felt this thank you was earned for a st John's employee by name of Rod who went out of his way above and beyond any prior experience I've had before with employees. He was very assisting and on top and finding me a missingg order I was very interested in. His customer service skills were very pleasing and fresh to deal with making a cumbersome experience worth while and memorable. Thanks again Rod!!!

If you can imagine it, they've got it here to build it! I think that I could wander around in this store for hours. The staff were very friendly and knowledgeable; it's amazing that they seem to know where everything is!

So disappointed staff was uninterested in helping I had to stand and wait while a staff member trashed his co workers to the customer Service Person it was disgusting someone From their HR Dept needs to explain to the team what a hostile work environment is it made me sick just hearing it this type of abuse even tho it was not directed at me was so offensive I am still upset about it and will never set foot in a Princess auto again. Whatever Management reads this you need new friendlier staff and you need to listen to your team and stop that toxic type of work environment!

The store very well displayed, prises are quite reasonable, however, during my visit, the employees were quite obviously bored, as there was alot of horseplay going on.Safety should always be priority in each and every place we go, especially in retail or surplus stores.
