North Road Return-It Depot
My favorite return it depot!! The employees are always so kind and helpful, often helping me collect my trays from the sorting area and bringing them to the counter for me. They never get mad at me for not sorting correctly like they do at other facilities, and I never leave feeling like they undercounted my items. Plus it barely smells in this location which is surprising but appreciated!!

Definitely NOT recommend this location!!!! The place is dirty. No full deposit fee for beer can...only 8 cents instead of 10.

Returned beer bottles were 8 cents instead of 10 cents. Other return it depots give a 10 cent refund.

Only one that is indoor around neighborhood. A little small but manageable.Can improve by having place cleaned more often as it has a smell when you enter, maybe due to lack of ventilation.

Staff are very polite and helpful. Site is generally as clean as can be expected but I rarely get sticky shoes here so that's a good thing. I really like this location.

Do not drop the bottles and the cans at this place. They can not calculate the cans properly! I’ve returned more than 200 cans and 12 bottles, but they only deposited $2.7 to my account. I am disappointed and won’t visit here again!

Self serve to organize the bottles, the baskets are very dirty, and the guy was very mean to all the customers. Definitely will not come back again.

This depot does NOT refund on milk/plant-based containers as they are REQUIRED to do so. I pay a deposit on these containers and so I should be receiving a refund. Instead when I drop off my bags the workers count them as non refundable containers" or won't even put them into the system. This has happened 3 times now. Thieves! I won't be returning and I will be reporting you.Response to owner: They ARE deposit containers!"
