Very bland. No spice, hardly any flavour. Only cooked it for under 1 minute while I paid debit then it was “done”. Left the dish soupy, not giving a chance for the noodles to soak up flavour or the sauce to thicken.

Pad Thai is Absolutely disgusting and completely disappointing! I was excited to bring my Japanese girlfriend for her first Thai Express experience… I spent the rest of the day apologizing to her for making her think it was going to be great. When I was in college I ate Thai Express weekly because it was good. This location was just horrible… the sauce was? I don’t even know how to describe the nasty sauce but it sure wasn’t pad Thai. Zero vegetables, bland chicken and way over cooked noodles…for 12$ are you kidding me??The lady at the counter wasn’t mean, but I wouldn’t describe her as friendly either.I am just extremely disappointed even a few days later.Sorry Thai Express, but I don’t see you receiving my business ever again. Disgusting!

Great Thai place in the mall. Definitely a better option than the Subway or that terrible donut place in the food court. I got Pad Thai and some amazing sesame chicken!

Served within a minute of ordering, served at room temperature, not warm. Ordered medium spice, the sauce appears to be some sort of sweet and sour sauce? No spice whatsoever. Disappointing after what I normally receive at other Thai Express locations.

One star for friendly service. I was given the wrong order and returned it and they were swift and apologetic to replace it but I'm not impressed by the food ar all. Ordered the Pad Thai which has no veg as advertised and its swimming in too much sauce that is like eating a mouthful of sugar. I don't recommend.

Complete joke of a restaurant. Order food online on a Saturday since they are open till 8:30 on Uber eats. Food doesn’t show cuz restaurant is closed but Uber says it went out. This place is a scam and should be charged with fraud.

I was craving for a Tom Yum soup and I thought it was a good chance for my husband to try Thai Express for the first time... what a disappointment.I have eaten at many different locations of Thai Express and they have always been great. It was the first time trying the one at Georgian Mall.I really wish I had read the reviews before going there.We ordered the Tom Yum and a Pad Thai with shrimp. Saying that they were terrible would be an understatement.The Tom Yum wasn't even a soup, I didn't even have to use the spoon at all since there were only mushy noodles and it didn't even have any bean sprouts or veggies. The Pad Thai looked and tasted disgusting, and it had nothing, but soggy noodles.I wouldn't even eat this food if they paid me, let alone having to pay for it.It was an order for takeout, and at closing time, so there was no chance to do anything, but to throw our food into the garbage and to look for something else to eat.To sum it up, this has been the worst food we have ever eaten in our whole lives, and I'll make sure to tell people I know to keep away from this place.
