Master Mechanic Brantford

I came in last minute with a large repair needing to be done. I was stranded in Brantford. On a Saturday by himself, he foxed my car quickly and for a great price. A life saver! If im ever in the area and need work again I will be coming here. I highly recommend this mechanic!!!!

Great service and very fast technicians. We had an electrical issue with our ac system and it was quickly diagnosed when ford could not even do it. I will be back. Well organized clean people. On another note very comfy office chairs in waiting room

Great experience at Master Mechanic Brantford. I have an older vehicle and Bob was able to take my car in and check issues right away on multiple occasions. Honest advice, great reliable service. Cannot recommend enough.

I called Bob yesterday as my car wouldn't start. He agreed to take me that day but we were waiting on a tow. Bob was kind enough to come up with a plan in the event that they werent open by the time I was able to get it there. He checked it out and found the fix, while also offering to change my fob battery for free. Great service, great team. Will come again.

We count on Bob to service all of our family's vehicles. He is always courteous and reliable, explaining carefully what needs to be done and why then doing it efficiently. Bob works hard and with integrity and we would sincerely recommend him.

Would absolutely rate lower if I could. PLEASE do not go to this shop! I took my car in for some maintenance and regular oil changes. I received a call about an hour later stating my car needed a more articulate inspection. (I guess I’m just gullible) but at no time they mentioned an additional cost. That’s not even the most devastating part- I come back to pick up my car and they then inform me that the inspection would cost upwards of $100 and that my car needed major repairs to engine problems. At this point I was defeated. I ended up paying the additional cost only to take it to a different mechanic shop and the new shop to tell me there’s no problems with my car that “master” mechanics previous stated. I’m so upset please do your research on RELIABLE car mechanics.

Bob at Master Mechanic is honest and has never taken advantage of my naivete when it comes to automobiles. I've been going to him for at least five years now. I've referred him to everyone I can! As long as I live in Brantford or the surrounding areas, Master Mechanic is the ONLY place I'll go. Thanks Bob!
