Google says they open at 6, Apple Maps says they open at 7. Went there for 7 waiting 20 mins incase they had an issue opening. Then I walked up to the window, and asked… the woman said they open at 8am.

I go to this restaurant every week. Every time I order there is something missing. Either no salt on the fries. Or no straw or no ketchup. Today I bought a $13 meal there was no salt on the fries. No napkins. No ketchup. When I asked for ketchup she said it’s at the bottom of the bag. I searched the bag. There was none. When I asked for salt because I tasted the fries right away and no salt. She just gave me salt. Does she want me to mix the salt with the fries by hand? And now no napkins. This is beyond and I just paid $13.

Took a little while for my food however, there was a long line up so that was understandable but the model of first come first serve seems outdated. If you order some fries and there 15 fries ready to go you should just get your fries and be out of there. Waiting 10 minutes for food that is already made is not right neither or efficient.

i mobile ordered a meal and I didnt get it. I saw some lady just snatch my order and i approached the front counter and asked if my number was called. I asked that three times and she says no as she proceeds to bump my number she just called out. Service sucked. next time ask for the number before handing out meals

this McDonald's had such bad reviews they restarted them.this picture is from a Saturday morning where we waited for food for 17 mins AFTER we ordered. the line was 50 people deep. very typical. they removed my same picture after over 100000 view

Literal dump of a store, McDonald’s is a hole in the wall. Doesn’t serve poutine or vanilla chai frappe. Ordered coke and they didn’t give me my straw. Nuggets were mid and they put so much sauce on my McChicken that it should be renamed to McMayo. Server also didn’t say good afternoon to me. Would rather go to Queen/Spadina McDonald’s, than this trash.

I would have given 5 star but decided to go for 4 because of the cashier Shoy’s attitude. The manager was professional when I had inquiries to my order and was nice enough to replace the meal even though they were not at fault. However, the cashier started rolling her eyes on the side whilst I was asking questions NOT towards her. All the workers I spoke with was very polite and provided professional customer service, so I don’t know why someone on the side who’s not serving had to present the attitude as if there was an argument.

Don’t come here. Though it shows it operate 24h, I never seen it open for a single time. every time I came here it is closed but shows operate. It is cheating you, and never come here.别来了，就没开过门
