Drove two hours for my sons appointment, Doctor wasn’t there!! Receptionist (Ella) said she left VM few hours (no 24 hours notice) back. Sorry, I work and don’t check my VM every hour. I requested if I can talk to the Doc by phone before the procedure. Next day I called three times to talk to him, he came to the phone for a minute and rushed all my questions. I called again right before he leaves requested if I can have two more minutes as I need to know one more thing about the procedure appointment. The medical assistant and the receptionist were extremely rude about why I am asking questions. (HELLO! You will be doing a procedure for my 8 year old and I Have every right to know what will happen behind that closed door. ) they hang up on me while I was asking. Ella called back within 5 minutes saying “ the doctor asked the office to cancel your sons appointment, take your son to somewhere else”. Seriously where am I? What code of conduct this doctor follows!!

Amazing Doctor. Knowledgeable and polite.BUT, HORRIBLE staff. The staff likes to belittle people and make them feel like animals instead of humans. Try to get the doctor’s attention without interacting with the support staff - else the support staff will turn you away. The staff likes to yell at people and not listen to them. The staff also take particular sadistic pleasure in trying to listen to you and then not listen to you at all. I wish such an amazing doctor hired better support staff to make already sick people feel better not worse about themselves.

The female Dr. Nadir is really unprofessional and had terrible attitude. I never had that bad experience in my life. My purpose for the apt is to check the result of my test. She did not prepare her apt. Properly and I asked about my other test result she said what report?? I told her the report should be in your system. She accused me criticizing on her. I felt so upset without knowing what I did wrong there. She criticized on me not knowing the specialist I visited couple of months ago. I told her cannot remember the location and the specialist’s name. I told her you should be able to check it in your record. She even asked me the question : If the specialist recommend you to do surgery will you do it ? What the hell the question she asked . Seriously as a Family Dr. There is no profession at all. This is the worst of worst experience. I wish I have never met her for the report review.

Receptionist has 0 communication skills. Rude and unprofessional.
