I have received excellent service from Toronto Division Copiers from day one. I have been with them for the past two years. The Kyocera copier has been efficient and effective for our work flow. Anytime I need assistance with anything that arises, TDC have been very responsive and attentive to our needs. The customer support is amazing, always addressing our concerns immediately.

Shelly replied me promptly when I emailed her regarding that our toners were running out. She was very patient at explaining everything to me. It is a very pleasant experience when the vendor takes care of your printers and meanwhile you know what is going on and what to expect. The clear instructions in a detailed manual thoughtfully made by Shelly makes my life so much easier at dealing with our company's printers.

Our clinic, Don Valley Health and Wellness Centre, has been leasing the printer/photocopier for years now with Toronto Division Copiers. We really enjoy using their machine and the service has been excellent. Whenever we have a question, they respond quickly and their technician comes right away whenever we need the machine repaired or serviced. Our sales representative, David, has been doing an excellent job. He checks in with us from time to time and makes sure that we are being taken care of. Great company. The Kyocera photocopiers work great, and on the rare occasion when we have difficulties, TDC is quick to respond and get us working again. Very friendly staff and easy to deal with. And great rates! I highly recommend TDC.
