The customer experience here is horrible...I started my request for this company to fix my Rad on September 6 I followed up multiple time as they had agreed to fix it as the piece was on warranty and now October 3 they have let me know through my rental agency that they will not be fixing it.I WOULD NOT SUGGEST THIS COMPANY
