One of the better fast food places in 2022! I'm always impressed with the flavour the food delivers and how fast and hot the food comes, although most people only get icecream I would recommend trying something from their hot food!

Very rude when trying to figure out what was celiac friendly, don’t know if we where annoying the lady at the window or if she was having an off day.Got a banana split that had almost no ice cream and was mainly banana and whipped cream, and old stale fries. Kind of disappointing since Dairy Queen is a rare treat.

Horrible customer service from beginning to end. Was being ignored for window orders, while my order was being taken. I had asked to dine in. Was handed a bag of food with no words exchanged from the staff member. When my wife approached the counter asking for the rest of the order, she was told everything was in the bag. I then approached the counter in a not so friendly way. Explaining I wanted what I paid for. The manager called me a liar and said I had all my food. Even came to our table and checked over every item. Then to make up for their mistake they brought me my missing burger. And said there was a wait for our ice cream. Then I asked about my other drinks and was again told I already had them. When I received my drinks and blizzards. They were still missing 2 chocolate milks from the order. When asked about the chocolate milks. They replied you only said you were missing drinks.(last time I checked chocolate milk was a drink) I would never recommend coming to this location. As the staff are entitled, have no customer service skills. And refuse to admit to mistakes. I had even tipped the cashier as I recognized she was training and they were busy. But when your repeatedly ignored and after that called a liar, you tend to be less tolerant towards others.

We usually get great blizzards, but I'm not sure if their ice cream machines were working properly or not the day we went through the drive through but the first one was good and the other 2 were on the melted side already. 9

Its not bad. They cover the ice cream sundaes with enough topping IE: fudge, caramel, etc. Staff are friendly, lots of parking and store is clean.

Inconsistent with food presentation. Using edible oil products for whip creamOrdered moolatte, have to be reminded to add whipped topping and drizzle. Stingy with addons. Some staff unfriendly. Our vote for least favorite location. Will be looking for alternative location when traveling in the area. ;(

Absolutely terrible. It took what felt like 10 minutes to get the simple order of “4pc chicken strip basket with honey mustard” through. Can we please get employees that at the bare minimum can work the system and don’t require me to repeat a one item order a dozen times?

Charged me twice for a milkshake and I didn't discover that until I checked my bank account online the next day.No receipt...who keeps it after a milkshake purchase?I took a screenshot of the debits from my bank account and sent it to DQ H.O. ....no reply of course.Thieves.

Very efficient quick and very friendly staff. Great meal deals for 6.00 or 7.00 which includes a dessert! Got the bacon 1/4 cheeseburger meal and poutined the fries for only 1.00 more. It was very friendly service and they gave me a number while I wait for my order to be prepared. I liked the suggestion from the clerk you want keep your receipt and if you are eating in you can bring it up to the counter after you eat and get the dessert then. Burger and poutine tasted OK for the value but dessert after finished it off just right. Great for a meal lunch or afternoon when you need something to fill you up for awhile.
