Larry was very helpful and thorough. Prior to receiving his written report, he took us around to each area in the home that could present a challenge and explained his concerns. He was knowledgable in the various areas of the home and was able to complete all aspects of the home inspection in a timely manner. His written report followed a few days after the in-person inspection. It was clearly laid out and documented with text and images. I would work with Larry again in the future.

Larry is awesome!His price is very reasonable for the service he provided me with my first time home purchase. As a first time home buyer I had many questions and worries about making a huge investment. He was able to answer all my questions regarding the quality of the home and even provided me with any upgrade suggestions needed to maintain the home. In addition, after our initial inspection we had a water issues in between the closing and possession date. Larry was more than willing to help us out with an additional inspection and also asked to be updated as the progress of the repairs went along!I would suggest using Larry's services to all of my friends and family!

He also took us though the house to discuss his findings and answer any questions we had. Nice guy. Not sure how his price compares to others, but it seemed fair. Larry does a very thorough inspection. You get a detailed report with pictures for reference and timelines and urgencies for anything needing addressed. Fast response and friendly to deal with . Would highly recommend for your next home inspection!
