Prestige Radium Hot Springs Resort

This is the second time I stayed in this hotel and I love the Prestige Radium Resort. Since we arrived the staff was very professional and friendly. We have a Golden Retriever so we stayed in the pet friendly room. Big room, comfortable bed, nice bathroom and very clean. We used the stairs instead of the elevator because of our dog and the area is clean and well maintained. We ordered breakfast at the Conrad's Restaurant which was good and the lady was very friendly and nice. The only suggestion is to verify the air conditioning unit that is a little noisy. All in all I love this hotel.

Friendly staff, comfortable and clean room that is spacious. Sound proofing of hotel overall isn't great. But, fitness facility is very well equipped, and the pool / hot tub area is so clean. The main pool is a little on the cooler side but overall no complaints. Read from previous reviews the chlorine in hit tub was too much. Not an issue at all for us - must have improved. They've done a great job with making the lounging area around pool and hot tub welcoming with wooden Adirondack chairs and a beautiful wall mural. Restaurant on site is fantastic (great burgers and Mexican food options). Pricier side but always options for cheaper but the quality is worth the extra and staff there are friendly and attentive.

Excellent hotel and location - only 5 minutes from the hot springs. Very clean, comfortable, and welcoming. I will stay there again, as it is bus friendly. I can not say anything negative about the hotel. 5 stars all the way. The pictures are all from the hotel or within 5 minutes of it.

Very centrally placed just off the main highway this Prestige hotel has excellent rooms and a true Mexican style restaurant. Above all the staff are really friendly and helpful. Lovely people!

Great service! Stayed here with my wife and two kids. Good value, clean room. Good organic kootney coffee. Just need some fresh cream instead of the coffee Mate in the lobby. Although front reception offered there personal creamer

The first night we arrived, I found the sheets were not clean, in fact were streaked and splattered with blood, but it was so late when I was getting into bed. So in the morning I asked for new bedding and them and their sticky fingers were polite and said they'd have it changed but took my new coat. We went out for the day and came back to the room tidied up. The next day when I went to leave my new $85 rain coat was no longer in my closet. It was hung up the first night we came in after dinner and wasn't needed the second or third day. Only they came in to the room to clean up their own neglece still no coat! Won't be back. Left me with less love for radium. Also the hot tub looked like it had been peed in for months it was a brownish yellow in color. I stay at a lot of hotels and tried to be open minded. It didn't stink that was the best part.

Clean, friendly, and near the center of town. The pool was great, and the hot tub worked fine. Not the best hvac. Couldn't keep the temp. Had to use the controls on the ac unit because the thermostat on the wouldn't do it. Opened the window at night.

Upon entering, the hotel looks very nice. But the rooms aren’t very clean, we found dirty socks in the closet. And the pool and hot tub water were disgusting. When I brought it up to the manager he said they had just put chlorine and it takes time to mix, however, after researching, I learned that chlorine would not make the pool water cloudy. When I spoke to reception later in the evening, she said they were supposed to close the doors to the pool, but were so busy they forgot. Seems like they know the pool and hot tub water have issues and keep making excuses, but won’t admit it. Other reviews complain of the water as well. This isn’t something they should take lightly. The water should be tested, and the issue should be resolved. Id hate for someone to get sick!!

We stayed for 2 nights in December. We paid $501.00 for our plain room. The room was clean, but was not sounds proof at all. There were rooms having loud parties and children running down the hall back and forward in front of our room. We complained to the front desk twice, and nothing was done to rectify the situation. On our check out morning my husband took our bags out to our vehicle only to be locked out. (There card magically didn't work) They didn't seem to care. We will never stay or recommend this hotel again. When my husband asked to speak with the manager, he was told he would have to wait until 2pm. Completely unacceptable.
