Kudos to a lovely young lady named LAURA who spent a considerable amount of time with me finding the right hiking shoes. We tried on numerous brands to find a suitable shoe that would be complimentary to my orthotics. She was very helpful!

Really helpful and knowledgeable staff. I went in to purchase a particular sleeping bag that I had scoped out online. The guy I talked to really knew his stuff and recommended an alternative option based on some factors that I hadn't considered. Exceptional customer experience - always buy in store from the pros!

Had a 19,000.00 system put in two years ago and has been leaking down the walls for the past month. Had to call four times over a two week period and nothing but a answering service. When the so called lady did respond and was by text and what a b**ch. no help and very bad aditude. In the end refused to even call or respond after I indicated very poor response on service. Even if you are just a simple phone call to put you in the que is to much to expect.

I went in to get a new pair of saucony sneakers. I have one pair which I love so I wanted the exact same ones. Ethan noticed my daughter and I standing there baffled by the display. All of the name brands were mixed together in order of what they do instead of the brand grouping.Ethan came over, explained what we were looking at, and helped me find the exact sneaker as what I already had. He was patient and kind and really understood what I wanted. Such a great asset to your company.

Staff in the athletic shoe section were not helpful. They were mostly bunched up, joking and talking to each other, versus helping staff.

Unique semi specialized world in a department store. They have more stock then they can display so remember to ask the staff of you don't see what you are looking for.

Staff here are very friendly and helpful. I find there's a lack of variety with the women's items (mostly all coats and a handful of shirts) and I was disappointed my last visit there was no Arc'teryx clothing.

Purchased a Kayak from Atmosphere at Halifax Shopping Center on June (This is my second kayak from Atmpshere) and just realized that one of the air pumps (for seat , Point 65N, this model has 3 air pumps and the 3rd one is hidden under the seat ) is missing.( I went back to the store and wonder if the store manager can help me with it ( the manufacture is in Europe ) and when the store manager realized that I purchased it on June ( it was October when I talked to him , already more than 90 days ) and I can tell all he wanted is to let me FXXX OFF the store . I don`t think he is honest business man and know how to take care of local customers. anyway, will never come back to Atmosphere again and I guess MEC is still the best sport store in Nova Scotia

Well I guess bad service is better then no service. Must be only self serve. Stood around for 10 min no staff around to help me. Ended up walking out. I'll go spend more some other place that has help.
