We had some problems with the passport forms for my kids and the lady officer ( Denise if I get it right) was incredibly patient and amazing. We are so grateful to her. Thank you!

I walked in at 333pm. The security guy and a lady were standing at the printer. They said to come the next day! They know we need this service and they can do or say whatever they please!

My husband and I got there at 8:10 am and we had passports all taken care of and out at 9:15 am the workerswere absolutely pleasant and so helpful.Will have passports by April the best office to go to.

Mr. Kwon Lucas was the officer on our case 4 passports. He was very good and cooperative. Did not have any issues. Highly recommend location for passports.

The laziest people work in Govt of Canada. They have no regards for humans and their time. People standing in line for hours in cold weather and no washroom facilities. Absolutely shame on govt of Canada. So called champions of human rights but have no dignity for their own people. Why run two tier system. Either make this appointment base or first come first serve.

Today I went to renew my son's passport. The service was quickly and the person who attended me was very friendly. I recommend this place.

Arrived at 8:15 am on a Friday, short lineup outside, was inside in the second group. We were told before the doors opened that we would not get our passports until April. Excellent on setting resonable expectations! They let my wife sit down with my son while I checked in. There was a longish wait, but felt comfortable. The clerk was helpful and professional and got us through checking our passport application. We were done shortly before 10 am. While an appointment is helpful they are tough to get.

My visit to renew my passport was smooth. Every person that work there was polite and very knowledgeable. Specially Agne. My passport clerk. I was surprised when I got my passport in 2 weeks in the mail. Fast service.

The female security at front desk is very rude. She sits and eats peanuts which many work places don't prohibit first of all, for allergy reasons. She needs to be given customer service lesson on how to deal with the crowd and safety of the others. This was witnessed ok Feb 15th, 2023. I came in with my husband and took one token to get our work done, she asked me to sit in the crowd, I denied it and told her I'm expecting. When the place got busy she came to me and said I'll ask you to leave once it's busy since your husband can get his work done alone. She said go sit in Tim hortons or car, to which I did not reply. Who are you to tell me that? I came in to also inquire I just did not take an extra token since my husband and I came in together. Just because you're in position to handle the crowd and security, don't take advantage of it. I have my right to be seated with my husband as the others were too. Someone needs to advice her to be kind and make people welcome rather than raising voices and acting like you're in control of everyone. Pathetic security lady.

Been waiting in line since before they opened at 830am. I got here 810am, there were 27 ppl ahead of me. It's 1106am now and there are still several ppl ahead of me. The pace they move is very very slow. Let's see how many more hours this ends up taking.
