We were very satisfied , They under committed and over delivered, they were friendly, explained what items we might have to pay extra for and showed up earlier than promised and the whole process was very professional. Jens did a fantastic job when he installed a new liner in our in-ground pool in 2013. This year we thought we had a problem with soil drainage around our pool, because several locations were having issues with water collecting behind the liner. Jens came all the way out to our Orleans' home when we asked him if he could take a look. He brought his specialized equipment and identified holes / tears in the liner - then promptly donned his mask and repaired each hole with patches that are virtually invisible. We are so grateful for Jens' personable and very professional service. We feel he saved our 'summer-by-the-pool' plans we had for ourselves and our visitors. Jens has been helping us with our in ground, saltwater pool for many years now. Jens installed and helped us switch over from a chlorine to a saltwater pool. He worked to set up the pool automation system and also did extensive plumbing to make it all fit nicely together in our shed. The system works beautifully.
