I signed two years agreement for a virtual office in Edmonton at this location. The contract was renewed without my consent. I tried to reach out the office emailed multiple times and until today, no one responds to my inquiry. They send the bills to collections a service I have never consented. I requested my retainers almost he 6months ago for Calgary office. Yet, i did jot receive the deposit or any explanations. The worst experience, and I would never recommend their service to anyone who wishes to rent for office. There are many other offices at way cheaper and better customer services.

After you end your lease, they will not return your retainer. No matter how many times you contact them. When sending emails to Regus helpdesk, you will only get the response your account is invalid"... Idk if other get their retainer back. I left there in October 2021

These guys keep charging your creditcard for services that were already cancelled. Tea/ coffee even after canceling it and office restoration. Used the office less than 10mins since the start. Not recommended for business.

This company is a big scam …worst customer service.I signed a online lease on 30 may and even not finished with pay-process and request for cancellation on 31st may .I never got a key for office or no access to location and this company still invoices me $895( including fee and deposit )for signing up for one small office space without any service provided by them.I would never recommend any one to signup any contract with them.

In need of an office space. call today Regus first Edmonton today to book an appointment and get yourself setup located on 10665 jasper ave. Great customer service at the front, enough space to have your lunch good view from the offices and in the waiting or lobby area. Don't miss out if your looking for an office space in Edmonton downtown. Very close to LRT and bus stops so you won't have a problem with transport.

Worse experience ever. They charge you for coffee and kitchen" even though you have never requested such thing. You cancel your lease agreement.. And wait... All of the sudent your lease agreement is renewed again without your consent or even your knowledge. Incompetent front desk staff. Horrible customer service. One word of advice. DO NOT pay your invoice using automatic bank direct withdrawals.. You will have no recourse in case they screw you over. Do what i did. use you credit card. They have overcharged me
