Had a bad experience here, trailer and machine were unregistered, I was pulled over by police who wanted to impound everything and write me a ticket fortunately I convinced them to take it up with KTM. When I dropped it off the mechanic swore at me for bringing the police. Management calmed him down but were not at all apologetic. The machine couldn’t do what we needed either and CS in general was lousy on pick up.

Awesome rental equipment and great service!

Last week I was looking for a utility trailer to tow a side by side that I recently put a deposit on. I spoke with Mike and he was very helpful to point me in the right direction of what kind of trailer I should be looking at. The conversation came around to the side by side and it turned out that Mike had exactly the make and model of side by side for sale and it was 1 year newer. Mike priced out his side by side and it turned out that I ended up buying the side by side and trailer from KTM Rentals. Mike also agreed to deliver both right to my house in Airdrie. Everyone at KTM Rentals was excellent to deal with. Tanya was excellent in ensuring all the payments and paperwork were put together and the two young guys that delivered the trailer and quad were polite and a pleasure to deal with. They spent the time to go over the trailer and side by side with me and they didn't seem like they were in a rush at all. They answered all my questions and represented KTM Rentals in a professional manner.Overall, this was an excellent experience and I would not hesitate to send anyone to KTM Rentals.
