Boost Health

I went to the Boost Health store for their Keto Corner and was impressed by the huge selection of keto and gluten free products they carry. The employee working gave me a tour of all the items they carry and explained that the store had expanded from a Corner for keto items to over half the store itself!Boost Health carries keto treats, syrups, sauces, coffee, snacks, cereals, baked good mixes, breads, ice cream and more. It's the biggest selection of keto items in one place I've ever seen.Prices are reasonable, on par with Amazon with some items being less expensive.Staff is friendly and knowledgeable and also gives you lots of space to shop and think about products.If it's your first time going to the shop, it should be noted that the strip-mall it is in is a one-way parking lot off the Bedford Highway. There isn't a lot of parking.
