I did considerable research before I decided to order a wallbed from this company and I'm glad I did. John returned emails quickly. Most importantly John solved a problem when he realized that I hadn't taken into account the height of our walls when I ordered the queen bed. He was able to resize it and finished installing it that day! We are very happy with the quality and our guests assure us it is comfortable. Highly recommend this company!

I have had and enjoyed our Murphy bed since last February...it is certainly a hit with our grandchildren’s sleepovers and I love the fact that we can use our room daily as a home office but so quickly coverts to a bedroom. We have sold our house and it was a huge factor in the buyers loving the home. John was amazing and his input invaluable as he problem solved to make it work. We will be contacting John shortly to order another wall bed for our new home. I highly recommend this company and it’s product.

AMAZING! John was prompt with emails and personally came to service a bed that was not originally purchased through Ontario Wall Beds. He was professional , punctual, and prompt with helping disassembling, relocating, and then reassembling our Murphy Bed. Great service and experience - thank you John!

Just had our Queen size Lateral Wall Bed installed today! We are thrilled, John was exceptional, great service, talented workmanship. We are so thankful we did not go with a Costco bed. John came to our home, consulted and taught us about Wall Beds, and helped us design the Bed that works for us in our Second Bedroom/Office.

First off I researched every possible option and this frame is very good quality. I was not disappointed when it arrived as you can tell its very well made and easy to assemble. The owner responded to my questions in a timely manner when I purchased it. When I assembled it I had one question and instead of discussing it over the phone, he popped by my home to make sure I got it right. All around, great operation. you will not be disappointed going with this company and most importantly it was money well spent as I now have a great room that has multiple uses. You will not be disappointed.
