This kind of thing makes me want to leave a review or contact the business to tell them to give their head a shake. 0.75 cents an hour above min wage for a management position which REQUIRES a degree. The lack of self awareness is truly astounding .

Outstanding service!My family and I were on the ferry to PEI which caught fire and we had to literally abandon ship leaving cars and all belongings obviously on board. We and another one of my daughters teammates were in PEI for a soccer tournament on the island. Our teenage soccer players gear was on the burning ferry. They needed gear to play in the tournament (had to have some good vibes so we made that a positive focus, get the girls gear so they could play). Once the events of emergency services were dealt with I called soccer stop in Charlottetown and got EB on the phone. He read the room" and was outstanding in his approach on the phone and when we arrived in store still soaked with sea water. Marco who was also working at the time and was also outstanding. Both went out of their way to be personable helpful and assist in any way to kit up the girls. Three very stressed out parents of our teenage girls were very thankful EB and Marco stepped up and got the girls smiling

Had a wonderful experience today and the employee Ebi (not sure of spelling) was friendly and engaging! It’s been a long time since I’ve experienced such great service!
