I had technician come out and charge $350 for doing nothing. He just said my drainfield needed jetted and I already told him that. Took day off and waited all day and they showed up at 330 in the afternoon.Didnt get quote for 5 days. Called another company up and they came out that day with scope to see where blockage was. They showed me a broken pipe and where to dig to fix. Very honest and reliable not like Tri County Septic rip off. Do not use this company.

Worst company I have ever dealt with, if I could give zero, I would! Got an “inspection” and they basically tell you to replace everything(even things I’ve had replaced in the last 2yrs) and then say if you don’t replace everything they say, they’ll release said “inspection” with “deficiencies”. Not my first time with these guys, had hoped they changed since I last used them 8yrs ago, but never again. I’m a tri-county anti-ambassador.Update since they replied a year later:Had another inspection after them. That company had dealt with and knew Tri County Septic, I needed one item repaired. Confirmed my complaint. Sold house, passed inspection again. So, after their reply" a year later

After 9 years of being a loyal customer, paying my bills on time and following their inspections frequency recommendations they threw me off the schedule less than a day from my scheduled appointment because I did not update my payment information. Their employees are using their personal email addresses to collect customers personal information which makes me extremely uncomfortable doing business with them.

I called due to my system going into alarm and the girls in the office were so nice and even had someone come out the same day I called. The young man who came out was so sweet and Knowledgeable. He took the time to answer my many questions and even walked me through my system. I'd definitely suggest this company. They were the only ones that I've delt with that didn't try to take me for all I have and spoke to me about pricing before charging me.

I have worked with Tri for about 15 years. They have always been exceptionally responsive and they do an excellent job explaining the work performed. Couldn’t be happier with their work.

Let the owners response prove they are not honest. Tri County (aka Bravo Enterprises) run separate operations under the same parent company. Poor quality and care taken during septic installation. Crew left pipes and material packaging all over the property, some buried, some tossed into the brush. They then left tanks without burying them up to the grade level. They knocked down trees and left them even after promising to remove them later. Finally, they try to take advantage of customers by making them think they need to use them to conduct inspections on the system to maintain warranty. The inspection just needs to be done by a qualified professional which the county lists on their website. Tri-County only has the owner listed who is not the one doing the inspections and per the county you must be listed to perform the inspection. Also, there are community members who have noted that said inspections prove to not even have taken place. USE CAUTION when considering any work to be done by these guys.

Certainly one of the worst companies I've dealt with. Paid them for a recurring contract - twice a year to come and service our tank. They come. Service it. Give us a good certificate and less than 2 weeks later the alarm comes on for a bulb to be replaced. Paid for a service call and a new bulb. As part of that service, they said the second bulb will be replaced the next time the service technician does the service. Then he comes again a few months later, doesn't change the bulb, gives us a certificate that everything is good. Then 2 days later again the alarm comes on.Once again they want to charge us now for another service call and to replace the second bulb. They will try to make money off you. Stay away from this company. The owner texted me and was extremely rude and so was their assistant and office manager. Stay away from them.

I had a tech" come out to inspect my septic system. He gave me a "it could be a problem with this or that" type answer and charged me 350 bucks. The problem is that I called them and said the same thing over the phone. I already knew where the problem could be. I was hoping for a more concrete answer and that wasn't given. The tech didn't even do much work. He literally picked up a small brick off the lid of the d-box
