Went down the street to a couple of other places and they didn't seem very friendly or wanted me there. Then I came here and Chris took care of me. Very knowledgeable and the pricing was very reasonable. I've had a couple of issues pop up and Chris was able to address them. I would highly recommend them and ask for Chris. A+++++

We purchased 2 above ground pools of which when we picked them up, were loaded on our trailer and somewhat wrapped. I asked if, after we strapped the contents down...if their wrapping would hold the drive home....well it did not!! We had product loosening from the wrap, we stopped several times to fix, aand then product fell off, splattered on the highway. Luckily no accident because of it...i tried reaching out to Jon and nothing!!! No response....

The Staff are excellent to deal with I feel that they really value my business. They had almost everything I need some thing we're out of stock due to Covid but all in all great experience. I have several pool suppliers in my area, far far away from North West Wholesales but I prefer to travel the distance because they have the best pool products in stock. Thank you to the staff.

I live in the US and needed to replace the pool liner. I really wanted the original pattern, 'Canterbury' that is now15 years old as it looks just right in our garden and with our landscaping. I could not find it anywhere in the US. Jon Pascual located the Canterbury liner for me and helped me through the entire order process. He and the other phone staff were very polite, courteous and friendly. Just wish this company was my local pool store as I'd use them for everything!

They were easy to deal with and had all the answers I needed. I was looking for an above ground pool and Chris helped me pick the right one for my backyard. And I shopped around and they had the best price in town. Definitely would recommend them .

Good prices and good selection of products. Just found some of the staff not knowledgeable about their pricing or availability of product. So after posting this review I had a response from the owner almost right away. I think this speaks volumes that they care about their customers , great job North West!

Well looked after, ordered via text, order was ready when I arrived and staff brought it out to my car. I forgot to order one item and although I made an error in size/price, John, the manager assisted me and made an adjustment to meet a competitor. Great service! Excellent products. Knowledgeable staff. Have shopped here for years and will continue to do so.

Alysha and Jamie helped me so much today. Helped me get everything I need and fixed my pool the green is all gone now the water is crystal clear looking blue kind of like the blues I’m gonna have waiting to have to go back to this amazing pool store. Great prices too!
