The stylists here are amazing, but the waiting system is very broken. Today, they were letting a handicapped child literally run around the store SCARING STYLISTS WHILE THEY'RE HOlDING SCISSORS NEXT TO PEOPLES HEADS! If you arrive on time, you wait at least 30 minutes, if you arrive 30 minutes after your arrival time, you wait 30 minutes. May as well not have an online check in at all.

When first opened they were great. Seems lime new staff every visit. It's rarely busy there. The haircut can be hot or miss. I have had a great haircut there, and a bad one.

10/10 thank you Jenni for always taking your time to make sure my hair and beard keep looking sharp. I’ve been going to spot clips ever since there grand opening in Vernon and I can’t think of another place that comes close to there customer service, cleanliness, and attention to detail. I look forward to going back in another 2 weeks for another great experience! :)

The girl was very pleasant, and gave me a hair cut just the way I like it, and I can be picky with my hair. She took her time to make sure the haircut was just the way I like it.
