Its hard to articulate how amazing this company truly is. I couldn't imagine the Geothermal industry in Ontario without the foresight of this amazing company/team that Grant and Micheal at Eden Energy Equipment have established! They are by far the most knowlegdlable, influential geothermal, ventilation and high efficient boiler equipment supplier/technical solutions/design provider in Ontario. They are on the ball with all aspects of design and technical support. They know their products/equipment inside and out and even backwards. Give them a curve ball and they will hit a home run everytime. I've worked in the HVACR/Geothermal industry for well over 15 years and Eden has been there for me every step of the way! I cant thank them enough! If your a home owner they will point you to the right contractor and give excellent advice and if your a contractor they will be a great asset to you business for many reasons!

Great service online, i bought a vanee air filter from my obsolete one and the women from the customer serv help me from the beginning to the end. Would recommand if my friends needs spare parts too. Thx

We requested information on Sunday, December 30, 2018 regarding a replacement part for our vanEE Ventilation System. Today, January 2, 2019, we received a detailed explanation regarding our query. I called and placed the order today and was advised that it would arrive to our home in Brighton, Ontario TOMORROW!!Due to the holidays etc. I really did not expect a response would be forthcoming so quickly. The staff are extremely knowledgeable, respectful and pleasant....an asset for any company.NOW THIS IS CUSTOMER SERVICE ABOVE AND BEYONDWe highly recommend Eden Energy Equipment.

I would highly recommend EDEN Energy. Mike came to the rescue after my previous company was way over their heads maintaining our indoor pool equipment (IBC boiler, Radiant flooring, Seresco unit, Vanee HRV). He recommended Tyler @TjlMech to come out and assess and fix it properly. They are professional, knowledgeable and have have great network of trades. I've found my HVAC go-to team.
