I had South Coast Garage Doors installing a garage door opener as a birthday gift for my mother in-law. They did a great job all along the way. Being located in Alberta we arranged everything from a distance. PeriLynne was very responsive and extremely helpful at arranging that gift. I felt very confident over the entire process. Most importantly my mother in-law is extremely happy! :). I would recommend them without any hesitation! Very nice people to deal with!

I highly recommend South Coast Garage Doors. They were very busy but made time to come out and fix my door where one of the rollers had been knocked out of place and the door wouldn’t close. They called before coming and were very professional. They even adjusted the springs and made sure it was in tip top shape before they left. No more noisy, rattling door! Oh and price was very good as well. I will definitely have them look after my door from now on. They are a 5 * company for a reason. Thank you so much.

My wife and I drove down to the office and Perri-Lynn was our first contact. Perri-Lynn was very pleasant and helpful with helping us choose a garage door. Perri-Lynn made such a good impression we bought the garage doors and accessories without getting a second estimate from anywhere else. The two men that installed the door, Peter and John were courteous, pleasant and made sure the new door functioned perfectly and cleaned up well before leaving. I will have no problem referring South Coast Garage Doors to any of my friends.

South Coast Garage Doors were an absolute pleasure to deal with. They did a beautiful job putting in my new garage door and automatic opener system. Not only is the quality of the product excellent but it was done quickly. It looks just beautiful, I am so happy and the service they provide is wonderful. From patiently answering all my questions and helping me pick out the style to suit my home to following up after the install to ensure I was happy. I would highly recommend them, you will not be disappointed!

A little late on writing a review but I wanted to wait until I got my siding and capping replace to accent how amazing this new garage door looks (See Photos). Professional work, great pricing, fast installation and super friendly. My door has been installed for about 6 months now and is still looking and working great. Would and have recommended to others. This morning while closing my automatic garage door a cable snapped. The door was half shut. I called South Coast when they opened at 8:30 am. Brian told me he could be at my home in 20 minutes. He was true to his word. Brian and his assistant were able to install two new cables in 45 minutes. Brian and his assistant gave me helpful advice on preventive maintenance. Our busy morning could have been stressful, but was not thanks to the fast, courteous and expert service of South Coast!

This review is long overdue but attests to the performance of our garage door and opener that was purchased and installed by South Coast Garage Doors. We've been using it daily since it was installed over 18 months ago on our detached uninsulated garage and it has worked perfectly from the day it was installed. It was a great purchase and we are very happy with it.

Everyone we dealt with at South Coast Garage Doors was professional and extremely friendly. The door was installed quickly and with minimal disruption. The door is wonderful- well insulated and works beautifully. PeriLynne was terrific to deal with in helping us decide on which door would best suit our needs. I am Peri-Lynne's brother. For years I listened to Peri-Lynne and Brian talk (dream) about one day starting their own garage doors business. I have since seen them take a risk, selling their home and quitting their jobs, venturing out to the Port Colborne / Ridgeway area to get a small business started. After a tremendous amount of hard work on both of their parts, I have seen the business grow and exceed expectations. I personally have never had them install a door for me as I live a couple of hours away and don't even have a garage, however I can, without reservation, recommend them as honest, hardworking people with tons of experience in the field and related fields (Brian as an installer, Peri-Lynne in sales), who are looking to give their customers quality products and the best value and service they can.
