Amazing, reliable , fun? . My best experience buying a home so far. They go out of there way to accommodate, like our crazy schedules of me and the wife’s work while our kids in daycare and I’m finishing Reno’s to the place. It really felt like I could ask them for anything at anytime. I’d always get prompt responses and it was easy to communicate. We texted most often or did face to face but I know they were a call/email/holler away. They’re welcome to our place anytime and I think we can say we don’t need you guys anymore because we’ve found our dream home. The kids LOVE it. And of course we do as well . So many memories already and me and the wife are just so grateful we had you guys for it

We hired Corey to sell our house and guide us through buying our dream home and he surpassed every expectation. He is a family man himself, loves dogs and was amazing with our 5-month-old son. He was always available via text or phone call and made us feel like a priority. We cannot recommend Corey enough, he’s a true gentleman and a class-act who represents the true meaning of integrity.

Cory & Shelley Jones was going door to door placing flyers in our area. I caught him off guard when I opened the door as he was at my mailbox. He jumped and I saw Shelley laugh as I caught her husband off guard. I asked him what houses in the area were going for. I also said I might be interested to have him look at my in-laws home across the street. Cory was there when he said, a true man of his word, to look at my Mother in laws home. He gave us his folder, related to his sales of homes in our area. I was very impressed. However it was my husbands parents house to dispose of and he chose another realtor, a friend of his used to sell his house. I really wasn't impressed with that realtor, but the house sold. I thought is should have brought more money than it sold for. Then 4 weeks later watched a property 3 door down from his mothers house sell for 75 thousand more than we got for his mothers. Both properties were equally cute and same square footprint and sold 40 days apart. However the property down the street was listed with Exit, another agent, but still Exit Reality.When we sold the in-laws home we knew we were going to put our home on the market too. As we had no ties to keep us in Sarnia any longer. This time I insisted we use Cory Jones to sell our home. When we met again there were no hard feelings that he didn't get to represent the in-laws home. In fact, when he learned we chose another Realtor, at that time he wished us the best of luck!Now to our home sale story.Cory and Shelly met us again to sign over our home to them to sell. I felt so much better this time selling a home. It just felt good! Something I didn't get the feeling before with the other sell. This was our home we lived in for 20+ years had tons of memories in. We added an addition garage to make it who we were. I always loved hard wood floors and natural woodwork. So our home had all that charm that we loved so much. We both felt like we were selling our child and wanted it to go to someone who would love it as much as we did.Again this time it is a sellers market as before. Our home was well cared for and loved and showed very well at the 2 open houses. I'd seen homes up and down the street sell in the time we lived there. Our neighbors couldn't get over all the traffic and interest our house brought when we were in the process of selling. The neighbors couldn't even get over how many private showings in the 5 days our home was on the market.Cory & Shelley went over and above to sell our home. They had a decorator stage our home and did so much marketing. The pictures looked real and gave a true aspect of our home. I've seen other realtor pictures where the refrigerator looked 5 feet wide. Our pictures used to sell our home were the very likeness of our property. Shelly & Cory even took over the house pictures and picture's of our neighborhood to show our listing off. I was so much more impressed with, and really felt like it was in the right hands to be sold with.Well yesterday it was the day to go over our offer on hour home. We were very surprised to find out we had 4 offers. Both Shelley & Cory knew what we wanted for our home. They marketed it with such success we got our want price and then almost a blow your socks off with our can't believe price. All the offers came on at about our want price and above.I wanted our home to go to someone who would really appreciate all the love we gave our home. So we picked out our people who thought deserved our home. I hope they will be as pleased as we have been in that home, make tons of memories as we had. I'm sure they will treasure it and update to their liking with an awesome over the top kitchen someday.Thank you both, Shelley & Cory Jones!
