Absolute fiasco for a cracked screen waiting for answers not knowing where the phone is or when it will be repaired. Lies on top of lies saying we did not received the part" when they did and previously had shown it to me and said they had received it. The 1 hour advertised repair became 2 weeks and I had to go find the phone in another city...missing work twice...not repaired and disassembled. All of this while I was very polite explaining that I needed the phone for work (even during my first visit). They absolutely could have told me they couldn't quickly do this easy repair. Instead they made me go to their booth 4 times plus many phone calls. 3 times they condescendingly made me feel like an idiot at their booth. They don't care. They know there is nothing I can do. I guess that's the price to pay for being shy and polite...In case anybody is wondering...this experience is 100% true. Very poor excuse for a business and service. I wish I could give less than a star but the system won't let me..."

Mario is an efficient, knowledgeable and friendly member to the team in Anjou. Def knows his stuff and uses words that non tech savvy people understand. Would definitely return to Klinik and refer him to my friends and family. Great work.

It took me a while to finally write a review - had nothing to do with the service; I just don't use my Google account very often. Let me say that I received excellent service (was served by Phillipe) when I brought two phones to repair. Not only did they figure out what the problem was on one phone, but they revived the second phone..that was dropped in water 2 years ago! Excellent service and knowledgeable staff! Highly recommended!

Trash! 0 Star. Services are Trash. When you can't fix the phone don't try to. Warn the customer first of your incapability, before opening the cellphone up and messing it up even more. We rather take the phone to another shop then you giving us the phone even more broken. 0 star.

Staff is extremely reasonable with you. They explained they test they show you everything in order for you to get satisfied product and to test a product and then use a different phone. Price is a bit high but I guarantee if you two years of protection
