Canna Cabana | Canyon Meadows | Cannabis Store Calgary

My go to place. Prices are awesome compared to other places, great selection, friendly staff.I know we don't like giving out our numbers these days, but it's worth signing up at Canna, the discounts alone are worth the price of admission.

This store used to be great, however, we went in today looking for a specific kind of vape battery that their website said they had in stock. We called first to see if they had it in stock and the lady that answered had no idea what we were talking about and recited all the vape batteries that we were not looking for to us. We ended up hanging up and going there directly in hopes of getting better customer service. The lady that helped us was incredibly useless, with no knowledge of the batteries they had. We asked her to call another store to see if they had them and she flat out refused. Not a great experience at this store. Will not be going back anytime soon.

While shopping, a man yelling into the store while holding a child in hand…talking to the cashier who works in the store (5’8, blonde and curly hair by the name of Tannis). Doesn’t say anything to me but how would you like to pay. I totally understand being ID going into this store however, as a regular only this one specific person, every single time I go into this store and she’s there, there’s an issue. Either with her being flustered or someone yelling/ annoyed at her with her service. This has happened multiple times and I was like hey maybe a bad day(s). But today, her attitude and they way she’s the only employee to ask me for ID is mind baffling to me. I call to speak to the manager and they hung up on me…call again, have me on hold.Update: Called back to speak to the manager. Now understanding that his name is Daniel. Tannis has me on hold for his email information 20 mins and still counting. Never going back ✌️

At 35 and some wgo only shops at this canma cabana (3 times a week)When I walk in and I get id I'm like cool I look young. Next time I come in same girl working doesn't I'd me . 2 days later same girl does 3 days later she doesn't I come back in she does.I work customers service and you should pay a little more attention to the regulars.Also last night I was on my way home from ball and it was around closing she ids me and I am like seriously I'm in here all the time we talkalot when I come in and she acts like she didn't know me forced me to go home and get it and Than they were closed.Time to try a new canna thanksgirl who knows nothing about shatter you loset a loyal customer

Good pricing, decent selection. Staff was very friendly. I didn't purchase anything but we did get a good amount of information about various products.

Im tired of driving to this location and they never have the binders. The last 4 times I stopped in there was no binders, they cite inventory problems." The produt tabs in the display are printed in extremely small print and have very little information. I like to make an informed decision about the product I am buying
