Fantastic service from Big Valley. They were quick and efficient to schedule one of their guys to come out the morning after I called to say our furnace wasn't working. He was there promptly, quickly diagnosed the problem, had the parts in his Big Valley vehicle and had our furnace fixed and serviced in 20 min. Super impressive! Cost of billing was fair and very reasonable for the repair we needed. Highly recommend Big Valley!

Jamie saved us a lot of money with his honesty! The first outfit we called gave us a huge quote and said we needed several new parts adding up to hundreds of dollars,which just felt wrong to us. So, we called BV to come have a look,so glad we got a second opinion from an honest company! We will only be calling Big Valley from now on! Thank you Jamie for fixing the fireplace, and also for answering all our questions about our fireplaces and furnace in our new home.Greatly appreciated. :)

The pilot light on my gas fireplace kept going out. After another contractor gave me a verbal quote of $1000 for parts, I called in Big Valley. It took a couple of visits to finally find the problem. At some stage, the bracket for the logs was out of adjustment. Once the pilot light and gas valve were replaced, the total came to less than $850.00 for parts and service and tax. Yes, I am very happy with Big Valley and all their staff!

I have nothing but great things to say about Big Valley. I had a big name competitor attend my home and try to up sell an entirely new heat/cooling system. I spoke with Ron at Big Valley and was informed the AC unit was warrantied and replaced with minimal cost. Tech Paul attended the house and was very helpful/professional when installing the unit. I will always use this company moving forward for all of my heating and cooling essentials. Highly recommend Big Valley for their honesty and trustworthiness.
