Kintec: Footwear + Orthotics

Joseph was very professional. He shared his experience and knowledge to guide me and explain the process. It was my first experience making custom orthotics. These fit perfectly and comfortably. Amazing!

I had the best experience purchasing a pair of runners and insoles. Jessica was helpful and informative on the various brands, their benefits and their differences. The Three D Fit scan was a game changer in my mind; it took out the guessing of my shoe size. Jessica explained my difficulties and why my previous shoes were always the best fit.From there, Jessica assisted me in finding the best over-the-counter insoles that helped my arch support.Now that I had a wonderful experience with Kintec, I cannot imagine buying my future shoes anywhere but from Kintec. Jess did a great job helping me with my recent purchase. I have specific needs due to an injury and Jess was friendly, helpful and knowledgeable--such a pleasure to work with. She also went the extra mile to provide me a solution for the annoying squeaking caused by the orthotic insert I use. That was a fantastic bonus.

I've never had my feet measured or scanned so was hoping it would be done - and Alex immediately suggested it without my prompting. He explained the results thoroughly and then watched me walk back and forth a few times to check my gait. Alex then found some suitable walking shoes and sandals for me to try. I never felt rushed and all my questions were answered in a knowledgeable and straightforward way.There is not a large selection as you might find in a mall shoe store, but the shoes found here are of a very high quality. As such, the prices are higher - prepare yourself by checking the Kintec website to get an idea of the pricing.I'm looking forward to wearing my new shoes and was very pleased with my interaction with Alex today.

Wonderful experience. We had 30 minute appointment, ended up spending more than an hour. The quality of service was more than perfect. A big shout out to Jessica for making it so wonderful. She is very patient and is extremely knowledgeable. Highly recommend.

In my experience, Kintec Langley provided rushed service to my daughter, and the two pairs of orthotics they made for her were flawed. When I later spoke with Kintec about this, they scheduled an appointment weeks later, and then finally blamed our doctor. Basically paid Kintec $800 for flawed orthotics that are non-refundable!

Jessica Okoligano was my fit expert. She was VERY knowledgable, not pushy and offered options from different companies. She made sure that I was comfortable with the product that I chose. And she explained the options with respect to returning it if I determined that the product was not working for me.
