As much as it's not a grand selection, there's a lot of things you can special order if you just ask. The staff are happy to help. My picky cat only tolerates a certain kind of litter and I could only find it online (it's already so expensive, so paying the shipping on top was making me cringe). I was happy to find that the staff could order it in for me. I appreciate having this store locally.

Saturday service is terrible. Young girl almost asleep at the counter, her partner very short and curt answering questions. I had to interrupt to get a question answered. Nobody really wants to help. Prices high, service low. Typical with this new cohort of employees.

Really disappointed with the customer service at this location, came in looking for cat food that was high in protein low carb. I disturbed the young lady that was literally sleeping at the counter and asked if she could help me. She literally had no clue what I was talking about. So i just read each can. I eneded up figuring it out and asked her is they sold a particular one by case she literally said if it's not there then we don't have it" then proceeded to mop the isle I was in over my shoes. I will be avoiding this location fromnow on. The only reason they get 2 stars was because of there selection."

The last few years I have enjoyed almost every Pet Value I've been to. Nothing negative about this store, but I must say not as over the top as with my previous location. We will return.

We are in the process of switching our dog over to the Orijen Original Dog Food. The owner, Rick, was very helpful, both on the phone and in person when I went in to pick up the bag. The prices seem very fair and the service so far has been outstanding. A great experience overall and highly recommended!

I just moved to Alliston and needed some stuff for Belle my German Shepard. I placed an order online because of COVID and it was ready in no time, they even allowed me to make 2 additional purchases. Everything was smooth and easy.Belle and I loved the staff, everyone was so friendly and accommodating. She even got a treat!! I will be making this my regular store for all of her needs. I almost wish she needed something now just so I can go back.Thank You.

Regretfully after multiple tries to make this a hometown shopping place I just can’t keepMaking excuses.The owners may not realize, but they have the worse staff and they have for years.No matter what newbie they hire, they have horrid serviceThe girls act entitled behind the desk. Never stepping out to assist. Never offering to help carry or hold a door.The last time in I purchasedhundreds of dollars worth of high profit harness and supplies and they wouldn’t even put it in a bag. Even after I requested one.Why would I go there and get treated badly? I feel bad for the ownerbut maybe they need to screen employees better. Hire older people who give a s->^^#t.
