Adam was awesome!! He got our tankless water heater replaced under warranty and even came after normal hours to install it and get us back up and running. Definitely recommend and will call again with any other issues.

We were very pleased with Easton Climate Control. We called Adam about our air conditioning unit and he was able to come out for a service call on the same day! Adam found the problem fast and gave us several options based on his assessment. He was very knowledgeable about which products were the best fit for our home and answered all of our questions. He was also quick to respond to our emails when we had follow up questions.During the installation, Adam was on-time (actually early!) and did a thorough job removing/installing the unit. He was kind to explain what he was doing and why. Upon the completion of work, everything was cleaned up nicely as he found it. We highly recommend Adam and Easton Climate Control. We’ll definitely be using them again in the future.

Adam replaced our gas water heater January 2020. We had no idea what to get, but Adam helped us select the best tank for our needs and did a great job installing. As we just discovered our tank was leaking, he came to our rescue quickly and left everything clean and tidy, and at a very good price. We highly recommend Adam.

I highly recommend Easton Climate Control. Adam came out to see what we were looking for in regards to a heating/cooling system. We decided to go with a Ductless system. We have a bungalow which he installed one ductless unit in the basement, one in the living room and then smaller units (BTU) in the bedrooms. He was very thorough in his walkthrough answering our questions and providing suggestions. Even after he left his replies to texts and emails was always prompt. He provided a quick quote for the job which we found to be reasonably priced. Of the four quotes we received he was the one that we felt was the most attentive, responsive and knowledgeable of what we were looking for. He scheduled the install for a Friday/Saturday and I can say that for the two days he was here (Friday with his associate and Saturday on his own) they were go, go, go to get the job completed. He cleaned up like they were never here and we are very happy with the job/install that they did. I would highly recommend them for any heating/cooling jobs new or repair that you might need.

As a person who deals with contractors on almost a daily basis, I can truely say Easton is one of the best. Will be my first phone call anytime I have a future need for any services he handles!

I can't say enough good things about dealing with Easton Climate Control. Adam gave us great advise regarding our options for a new furnace and AC unit. We had used Easton for the replacement of our hot water tank and were already pleased with that experience. The trust factor is such a big thing to overcome when purchasing a furnace and AC unit. I never had cause for concern. The system required some adjustment following installation and Adam was hear with-in a few days to make the changes. We are so happy now. Thanks again Adam!

Purchased new Furnace, AC and tankless hot water system from Easton Climate Control. First time upgrading this equipment, so we went through the process of researching and getting quotes from 3 different companies. After looking at all the options presented to us, we're extremely happy we chose to go with Adam at Easton Climate Control. Answered all of our questions with confidence and followed through with everything that was promised. He followed all COVID guidelines when he was in our home. Adam installed a humidifier on my furnace last winter and did a very professional job so when I needed to replace and relocate my A/C I knew who to call.
